In-House Litigation Attorney - Varex Imaging

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our in-house legal team. As an In-House Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing our organization in civil cases, ensuring that our legal rights are protected, and advocating for favorable outcomes. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, manage litigation matters, and provide strategic legal advice. In addition, you will assist with other legal matters handled by the team, including commercial transactions and compliance matters.  Required certifications and training include:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Active Bar Membership in at least one U.S. state and the ability to have active bar membership in Utah

• 3+ years' experience in litigation experience including responding to discovery requests, prepping witnesses and taking/defending depositions, and drafting pleadings
