Law Clerk
This position is a part-time position for 16-28 hours per week and is non-benefitted. Privileges include access to City-owned recreation facilities, discounted golf, relaxed dress code, Park City Library membership.
Required: Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Law School or be enrolled as a 2L or 3L law student. 3L or graduate applicants are preferred.

A successful candidate will work under the supervision of an attorney in the City Attorney's Office and may be invited to work full-time over the summer or as circumstances permit.
Project include Legal research and memorandum preparation; drafting ordinances, resolutions, pleadings, court filings, and contracts; legislative research, and administrative support. Assignments vary but primarily relate to researching Utah statutory law and common law in areas including Land Use, Civil Litigation, Open Meetings Law, Criminal Law, Contracts, and Water Law.
Membership with the Utah State Bar is not required.
Salary Range: $17.2300 To 26.6200 Hourly
